2. Products & Product Information
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, colors, sizes, materials, and specifications displayed on our website are accurate.

3. Custom Orders

4. Design Approval

The customer is responsible for checking spelling, logos, colors, measurements, names, numbers, and other details before approval.
5. Pricing & Quotations
All prices are subject to confirmation at the time of order.
Quotations may vary depending on:

- Size requirements

- Shipping destination

- Taxes, duties, or other applicable charges
A quotation is not considered a confirmed order until it has been accepted by VIPERS RACING SUITS and the required payment has been received.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be agreed upon before production begins.
For customized or bulk orders, an advance payment may be required to confirm the order and begin production.
The remaining balance, where applicable, must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule before shipment.
VIPERS RACING SUITS reserves the right to suspend production or shipment if an agreed payment is overdue.
7. Order Cancellation
Customized products are manufactured specifically according to customer requirements. Therefore, cancellation after design approval or commencement of production may not be permitted.
If cancellation is accepted, any costs already incurred for materials, customization, production, artwork, or other services may be deducted from any refundable amount.
8. Production & Delivery
Production and delivery times are estimates unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Delivery times may be affected by:
- Material availability
- Customization requirements
- Order quantity
- Quality-control procedures
- Shipping carrier delays
- Customs clearance
- Weather or transportation disruptions
- Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
We will make reasonable efforts to complete and dispatch orders within the agreed timeframe.
9. Shipping & Customs
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
Unless specifically agreed otherwise, such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Once an order has been dispatched, customers should cooperate with the shipping carrier and customs authorities when required.
10. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers should inspect their order as soon as possible after delivery.
If a product arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a manufacturing defect, the customer should contact VIPERS RACING SUITS promptly and provide photographs and relevant order information.
Claims may require evidence of the product condition and packaging at the time of delivery.
11. Returns & Exchanges
Because customized racing suits and garments are manufactured according to individual customer specifications, customized products may not be eligible for return or exchange due to change of mind, incorrect customer measurements, or personal preference.
Products that are defective or incorrectly manufactured may be reviewed for repair, replacement, or another appropriate solution.
Any return must be approved by VIPERS RACING SUITS before the product is shipped back.
12. Size & Measurements
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements for customized products.
VIPERS RACING SUITS is not responsible for fitting issues resulting from incorrect measurements supplied by the customer.
Customers should carefully review the sizing and measurement instructions before submitting their order.
13. Quality & Manufacturing
We aim to manufacture products according to the approved design and agreed specifications.
Natural leather may contain variations in grain, texture, shade, and appearance. Such variations are inherent characteristics of genuine leather and are not necessarily considered manufacturing defects.
14. Product Safety
Motorcycle racing and riding involve inherent risks. Racing suits, protective garments, gloves, and related products should be used appropriately and in accordance with applicable safety requirements.
Customers are responsible for selecting products suitable for their intended use.
No product should be considered a guarantee against injury.
15. Intellectual Property
All website content, including logos, photographs, graphics, text, product designs, trademarks, and other materials belonging to VIPERS RACING SUITS may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially used without prior written permission.
